Meetings are usually held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 4:00pm at the Main Library, 51 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, MA 01841 in the Trustees Room located on the 3rdfloor. Meeting dates and times are posted publicly with the City Clerk’s office at least 48 hours in advance.

The Library is under the management and control of its Board of Trustees. This board consists of the Mayor, three trustees of the White Fund (these members are ex-officio) and five citizens appointed by the Mayor according to the City Charter.
