LAWRENCE 

Officer Robert Lakin responded to a complaint from a
resident that two men were parked in front of a Lexington Street addresspossibly doing drugs.   Upon arrival Officer Lakin ran the vehicle’s
registration and determined that the vehicle was stolen from Epping, NewHampshire

Officer Lakin along with Officer Nunez took both individual
into custody without incident.  Upon searching the individuals OfficerLakin found heroin on both of them.  They subsequently admitted to doing
heroin in the car when police arrived.  Nicholas Guerrero age 23 of Nashuaand Christopher Carey age 25 also of Nashua were arraigned in Lawrence District
Court on drug possession charges.  In addition to the drug charge, Careywas charged with the stolen motor vehicle.
