Lawrence Police is investigating a shooting that took place on the 300 block of Howard St.  The victim was treated on scene by Lawrence General Hospital EMS and Lawrence Fire Department Personnel.  He has been airlifted to a Boston Hospital.  The matter is under investigation by Lawrence Police Detectives and the Essex State Police Unit.  There is no further information available at this time.
