On Wednesday, 02/14/18, Officer Vargas responded to a  medical call where the individual had overdosed, was unresponsive,  unconscious, having trouble breathing and turning blue.  Officer Vargas  administered Narcan resulting in the revival of the individual shortly  thereafter, becoming conscious and responsive.  Officer Vargas saved a human life.
