Each year on National POW-MIA Recognition Day, the Essex County Sheriff’s Department honors those brave Massachusetts servicemen still Missing in Action in Vietnam with a special ceremony at our Middleton facility.  It is here where the state’s only monument to Vietnam POW-MIAs was erected and it is here where we come together to honor the 65 lost souls and their families. 

This year, Essex County Sheriff Kevin Coppinger and his Department could not let COVID-19 halt this ceremony.
