City Council President Marc Laplante has organized a Public Forum regarding the historic Lawrence Canals, with a presentation by Endicott College students regarding the possibility of utilizing hydroelectric power at the defunct Merrimac Paper site at the South Canal. The students’ findings will be presented to government and community leaders as well as the Public.
