Officers  Edward Estrada, David Estrella, Carlos Garcia, Winnie Medrano, and Charelis Rivera responded to a Water Street address for a report of a man pounding on a door waving a gun. Upon arriving on scene, they observed a white male fitting the description provided by dispatch.  Officer Garcia observed the male throw an object over the fence.  He was taken into custody without incident.  He was later positively identified by the individuals who called 911.  A black semi-automatic firearm was located over the fence in the area where Officer Garcia observed the male throw the object.  Jesse Flynn, age 39, was arrested and charged with several firearms related charges.
