REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 

The City of Lawrence Department of Public Works invites proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing the following for the City of Lawrence, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). A possible five-year contract may be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the most advantageous proposal. 

PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES 

Proposals from vendors are due at the Office of City Clerk, 200 Common Street, Suite 107, Lawrence MA 01841 on or before Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.  

All bids submitted in response to this Request for Proposals will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. 

The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
