REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) 

The City of Lawrence is seeking qualified firms interested in providing Airport Planning Services to assist the City of Lawrence Municipal Airport in design, bidding and construction management for multiple projects over a five-year period. Designers interested in submitting applications are required to have at least a Degree in Engineering, construction management or architecture with substantial experience in design/construction projects for municipalities and knowledge of public construction bidding laws, City, State, MassDOT/AD, FAA and Federal Guidelines and Regulations. 

The Design Fee shall be negotiated.

 Proposals and applications from designers are due at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room #107, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. 

The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
