Work under this contract requires a contractor to provide labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the HVAC upgrades and air conditioning installation including associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.

PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH
Site Visit: Each bidder is advised to visit the sites of the equipment and proposed work prior to submitting their bid. The purpose of this visit is to acquaint the bidders with any and all conditions at the site and to identify, inspect and inventory the equipment.
